Our services, including coaching and courses, are designed to guide you, but the outcome of your job search or interview process depends on various factors beyond our control.

PS Careers cannot guarantee the compatibility of computer files with customer systems or that documents will retain their original formatting features. Due to the varying nature of software and hardware, we cannot guarantee that documents will display perfectly on every computer. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for digital products, as they are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. However, we do offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used beyond initial preview (if applicable). Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you encounter technical issues preventing access to the product, please contact us.
